I will alsoĭo about 30 mins cardio- three times per week. All exercises to be performed with 2-3 sets - 10 reps each with the last rep held for anisometric contraction of 10 secs. I am going to do abs as part of the warm up routine on each of my training days. Tuesdays and thursdays will be back, biceps and legs. Mondays and wednesdays will be chest, triceps andshoulders. I am changing my Bullworker training routine to a split system - 4 days per week. However, this no longer producing the results I am looking for. I have added a few of my own exercises as well. I have been using the basic chart with the static isometric holds for about three months. Hi, I am using the new version of the Bullworker X5.My weekly workouts consist of a combination of cardio and strength.My Bullworker will take care of the strength - eliptical and swimming will be the cardio.
